So when my grandma was alive, she tried her hardest to teach me French and get me involved in French culture, since she was raised by a French woman who valued her French side a lot. I never learned the language and I only practice some of the culture/eat some of the foods. I feel horrible about it. I think I’m going to really try this year to learn as much as possible about France and learn some French. It’s the least I can do for my grandma :/

Going through her stuff and found this book of places to see in France and found this written on the inside. She never got to go to France. I think I’ll take this as a sign to go to France
