I’m in a photography shaming page and this person posted a really nice pic of her and her family but the sun was behind them instead of in front, and she complained that she would rather the sun be in front so you can “see the people” but they were all white as hell so I commented:

“As a white person, I can confirm that the sun being in front of you would wash out any and all features you have. You need the sun behind so it doesn’t wash you out.” And people accused me of being racist and “bringing race into something that doesn’t need it” lmaooo what the fuck I had to clarify that I meant as a white person who has gotten my pictures done.
